Simagic P2000 Haptic Control Box
- Linear motor haptics: feel ABS, TC and clutch bite point in the pedal
- Control box only: for Simagic P2000 pedals, reactor mounts sold separately
- Tune it your way: frequency and amplitude in SimPro Manager 2.0, SimHub compatible
Feel ABS, TC and the Clutch Bite Point
The P2000 Haptic Control Box drives linear-motor haptic feedback through your pedals. So instead of reading ABS activation on a dash, you feel it in your foot.
Simagic developed the linear motor in competition. Because the response time is fast, the sensation lands with the event rather than after it.
What You Feel
- ABS activation under threshold braking
- Traction control cutting in
- Clutch bite point on a standing start
These are the moments where a number on screen arrives too late. Therefore putting them into the pedal changes how quickly you react.
CNC Aluminum Construction
The housing is high-precision CNC aluminum. In addition, Simagic tests it through tens of thousands of cycles. As a result, it holds up to being mounted under a rig and left there.
Tuning the P2000 Haptic Control Box
SimPro Manager 2.0 adjusts vibration frequency and amplitude. So you can match the feedback to different car types rather than running one setting everywhere.
It also works with SimHub. Therefore you can pull effects from titles SimPro Manager does not cover directly.
Building It Out
This listing is the control box. However, the haptic reactor mounts are a separate purchase. Simagic sells kits with one, two or three mounts bundled with a box if you are starting from scratch.
