Direct Drive in One Box

The Moza R5 Pro Simulator is a complete direct drive setup. The box holds the wheelbase, steering wheel, pedals and table clamp. So you can be racing the day it arrives, with no cockpit required.

It builds on the R5 that made direct drive affordable. However, it sharpens every part: more torque, higher resolution, a faster processor and Moza's newest algorithm.

The bundle leaves out a clutch pedal. However, you can add the SRP Lite2 Clutch Pedal later.

6Nm of Constant Torque

Up from 5.5Nm on the standard R5. Moza puts that at a 9.1% increase. Because it is constant rather than peak, it holds through long loaded corners instead of tailing off.

21-Bit Magnetic Encoder

Over two million resolution points. Moza states that is 64 times the precision of the previous 15-bit encoder. As a result, surface changes, curbs and the first hint of front slide arrive with far more definition.

NexGen Force Feedback Algorithm 5.0

Moza's latest algorithm runs on a 600MHz processor. It brings richer road detail and smoother torque transitions. In addition, it supports native iRacing integration with Wheel LFE.

Intelligent Temperature Control

Also, real-time motor monitoring keeps output steady. Therefore force feedback stays consistent through an endurance stint rather than fading as the base warms.

The ES Lite Wheel

A 280mm aluminum-framed rim with a TPE grip and aluminum shift paddles. 22 programmable inputs keep your controls in reach. Meanwhile 10 top-mounted RGB rev LEDs adjust through Moza Pit House, and intelligent telemetry works out of the box.

The SRP Lite2 Pedals

Because the faces and baseplate use high-strength steel, they take real braking force without flexing. Also, contactless Hall sensors mean nothing wears out. In addition, spacing adjusts 15mm left to right and 36mm in height.

Pedal curves adjust with a real-time output display. So you can see exactly what the game receives. The platform also expands with the clutch pedal, brake performance kit or throttle and clutch kit.

Mounting the Moza R5 Pro Simulator

The table clamp comes in the box, so it mounts to a suitable desk straight away. Alternatively, the wheelbase supports bottom and front mounting on any standard cockpit or wheel stand.

Tuning and Connections

Force feedback strength, steering angle, pedal curves and telemetry adjust through Moza Pit House. Native support covers iRacing, Assetto Corsa and ACC. It also covers the F1 series, Forza Motorsport, Forza Horizon, DiRT Rally 2.0 and EA SPORTS WRC.

The base also carries ports for pedals, dashboards, shifters, handbrakes and an E-stop switch. Therefore anything you add later plugs straight in.
