Flat Pedal Faces for Throttle and Brake
The Simagic P-FFP Pedal Plate set replaces the standard throttle and brake faces on P1000 pedals with flat CNC aluminum plates. So the pedal surface changes shape as well as grip.
A flat face suits a flat-soled shoe or a bare foot. However, it also changes where your foot naturally sits. Therefore heel-toe work and brake modulation both feel different.
Anti-Slip Surface
The plates carry a textured anti-slip finish. Because your foot stays put under heavy braking, you are not correcting foot position mid-corner.
In addition, the machined aluminum gives a firmer contact than a rubber-faced pedal. As a result, the pedal feels more direct underfoot.

Fitting the Simagic P-FFP Pedal Plate
These fit Simagic P1000 pedals. The plates bolt onto the existing pedal arms with the supplied screws. Because it is a direct swap, you can go back to the originals whenever you like.
This set covers throttle and brake only. For a clutch plate as well, the three-plate P-SFP set is the one to pick.
