The Simagic Hydraulic Throttle System replaces the spring mechanism on a P1000 throttle pedal with hydraulic damping. So the pedal pushes back the way a real throttle linkage does.
A spring returns the same force regardless of how fast you move. However, a hydraulic damper resists speed as well as travel. Therefore quick stabs feel different to slow squeezes, which is exactly how a real car behaves.
Six-Step Adjustable Damper
Damping sets across six positions by hand. Because the range is wide, you can run a light throttle for formula cars or a heavy one for GT and endurance.
