Excellent Product and Unrivaled Customer Service

"THE PRODUCT: Hands down the most comfortable sim racing seat I have owned. I am 6'0", 150lbs and it fits me perfectly. The quality is what you would expect from a name like Sabelt. The cushioning is plush and extremely comfortable and the rigid fiberglass shell means there is zero flex under braking. I was nervous ordering a seat online at this price point but I have no regrets. Absolutely worth it if you spend a lot of time in the sim and are looking for a great balance of comfort and stability. APEX SIM RACING: As great as the product has been, Apex Sim Racing has been even better. Their customer service is second to none. The seat was not available in the configuration I wanted (black on black), and when I reached out to inquire about a restock ETA, they offered to coordinate a direct shipment from their supplier to get the seat to me ASAP. When the seat arrived, it unfortunately turned out to be the wrong model. They arranged to have it picked up at my doorstep and a correct replacement arrived within days. It even arrived with some Sabelt goodies thrown in. Throughout the process, numerous messages were exchanged with their customer service team, and they were always extremely quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service experience. If you're looking for sim racing gear, this is the place to get it."
