An A320 FCU in Hardware
The Moza MA3F Flight Control module recreates the Airbus A320 FCU. Speed, heading, altitude and vertical speed sit where they do in the aircraft. So the autopilot workflow moves off the mouse and onto real knobs.
Dual-Rail Push-Pull Mechanism
Push for managed, pull for selected. Moza built a dual-rail spring-loaded mechanism for that action. Because a single spring cannot match the real knob's travel and resistance, the difference is noticeable. Experienced Airbus pilots tend to feel it first.
This Listing Is the FCU
However, it is worth being clear on scope. This is the center FCU module on its own. The left and right EFIS modules are separate purchases.
Therefore you can start here and expand later. The side modules link to the FCU through ports on either side. As a result, the whole assembly still runs to your PC on one USB connection.
Segmented Displays and Lighting
Custom segmented displays reproduce the character layout of the real unit. In addition, screen illumination, character backlighting and button indicators adjust independently. Moza Cockpit also synchronizes lighting and telemetry across your other Moza hardware.
Expansion Mode
With a full suite fitted, an EFIS module can take on a second role. Moza lists these systems:
- Transponder and IDENT
- Weather radar
- TCAS
- APU
- Cockpit and exterior lighting
So head movement drops and workload stays manageable through a busy approach.
Mounting the Moza MA3F Flight Control
Three options are supported. Mounting brackets come in the box. Alternatively, it fits aluminum profile cockpit rigs or any standard 75 mm VESA mount.
