Not just another "plastic" wheel.

"Really impressed with this wheel for the price. There is no flex at all mounted to my Simucube 2 Pro. The buttons feel perfectly fine while using them. The shifters feel good and have worked without any complaints. The magnets don't feel as strong as my Fanatec Podium shiters on my Formula V2. 5 but that could just be because the little rubber dampers hold the magnets a bit further apart. I would't want the grips to be any bigger than they are (I use a medium sized Mechanix glove) but they feel fine. A little bit of a pressure point where my thumb wraps over the front portion of the grip is noticeable. Being able to configure all the lights through simhub is the main reason I bought this wheel, and it is amazing. I use the ATSR-hub plugin for all the customization, and it works great. I installed the MagLink adapter as soon as I got the wheel. This was the only problem I had with the wheel. The tiny connector is finicky. The connector inside the wheel and the one on the adapter plate are very close to each other. Making it more difficult to mount the plate than it could be. I had connection problems right away. Simhub didn't detect the wheel and Simagic software would only tell me I had to update the firmware, which it seemed to do. I switched back to the stock usb plate but still had the same problem, not detected in either software except to update firmware. I switched back and forth between the two adapter plates and after about 2 hours it just started working and has kept working after trying to make it fail again. I suspect it was the tiny connector inside but can't confirm that. I've run it for hours since with no problems. For the price, you just can't beat it. I will definitely buy another one if it were stolen."
