Simnet Baseplate and Heel Support

Great value for the price

"I bought this pedal plate along with the Simnet Pro pedals. So far, I have not had any issues with it. It was easy to put the plate together and did not take too much time. Mu only complaint is that the screws are definitely a bit cheap. I stripped a couple of the screws when putting the pivot joint on. Luckily, I had replacements from other projects, but it is still something to be mindful of."

"Very well constructed. Sturdy. The adjustability of the heel plate is great, being able to move the plate back and forth, as well as adjusting height and angle to allow you to dial in your preferred setup. My current setup is using a GT Omega Apex wheel stand. The baseplate DOES easily mount up to the wheel stand's pedal platform. The Simnet baseplate comes with mounting hardware that you can use. I used the supplied M6 bolts with the supplied T-Nut sliders, this made mounting to the wheel stand plate simple. As for pedals. I am currently using VRS pedals. The pedals WILL mount up to this base plate. There are two mounting options for pedals, pre-drilled\threaded holes and slots. With the mounting holes, you will not be able to get all 4 bolts in, as the mounting holes are just off just enough where you will not be able to thread the bolts. Your options would be either two bolts on one side, or angling the pedals ever so slightly to put one in each side. The other option which would allow for all 4 bolts to be used would be the "slots". These line up perfect. With my current setup (wheel stand) I would need to drill holes into the wheel stand pedal platform for proper mounting. Looking at pictures of the Next Level Racing wheel stand, you may be in the same situation. If you are using a profile rig, there should be no issues. For reference, the pedal mounting situation would most likely be the same with the Heusinkveld pedals as I believe they share the same mounting slot dimensions as the VRS pedals. Overall, solid baseplate for a great price, great quality and options to allow for proper fitting to your tastes."
