Apex x Itchie.Diz Sim Racing LED Eyebrow Giveaway Contest
Rules

Contest Period
The contest begins on September 16, 2024, and ends on
October 16, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted after the deadline
will not be considered. The winner will be selected on October 17, 2024,
and announced via Itchie.Diz’s & Apex Sim Racing’s social media channels.
Eligibility
The
contest is open worldwide to participants who are 18 years or older
at the time of entry.
Employees,
affiliates, and immediate family members of Apex Sim Racing and Itchie.Diz
are not eligible to participate.
Void
where prohibited by law.

Visit

Complete
the required entry form and follow any additional entry instructions as
outlined on the page.
You
may gain additional entries by completing optional tasks such as following
Apex Sim Racing and Itchie.Diz on social media, sharing the giveaway, or
any other methods listed on the giveaway page.
Prizes
One
(1) Grand Prize: A set of Sim Racing LED Eyebrows.
Approximate
retail value (ARV) of the prize: $99.99 USD + Shipping Cost
Prizes
are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other
alternative.
Winner Selection and Notification
The
winner will be randomly selected on October 17, 2024, and announced
on Itchie.Diz’s [TikTok / Instagram].
The
winner will be contacted via the email provided during entry within 48
hours after the drawing.
The
winner must respond within 5 business days to claim the prize. If no
response is received, an alternate winner will be selected.
Shipping and Fees
The
contest is open worldwide, and Apex Sim Racing will cover all shipping
charges.
However,
any import duties, taxes, or VAT that may apply in the winner's country
will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Apex Sim Racing will
not be responsible for covering these costs.
General Conditions
By
participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the
decisions of Apex Sim Racing, which are final and binding in all matters
related to the contest.
Apex
Sim Racing reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or entry that does
not comply with these official rules.
Apex
Sim Racing and Itchie.Diz are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete,
or misdirected entries, or any issues that may arise with the giveaway
entry platform.

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Apex Sim
Racing, Itchie.Diz, and their respective affiliates, employees, and
representatives from any liability, claims, or damages that may arise from
participation in the contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

All information submitted with an entry is subject to Apex
Sim Racing's privacy policy. By entering, you agree that your information may
be used for marketing purposes by Apex Sim Racing.
