What you get
- 2-Pack: 2 corner brackets, 4 spring T-nuts, 4 hex bolts, 4 washers
- 4-Pack: 4 corner brackets, 8 spring T-nuts, 8 hex bolts, 8 washers
- 8-Pack: 8 corner brackets, 16 spring T-nuts, 16 hex bolts, 16 washers
Why spring T-nuts beat drop-in nuts
Standard drop-in T-nuts fall out the moment you tilt your profile — making installation a frustrating juggling act. Our spring-loaded M6 T-nuts grip the slot wall and stay exactly where you put them. Slide them in anywhere along the extrusion, even after assembly, position your bracket, and tighten. Faster installs, cleaner alignment, easier adjustments later.
Built for sim racing rigs
Designed for 40-series aluminum extrusion with 8mm T-slots — the industry standard used by major sim racing brands including Sim-Lab, Trak Racer, GT Omega, SimXPro, and virtually every DIY cockpit build. Perfect for reinforcing seat mounts, wheel deck supports, pedal plate corners, monitor stand frames, and triple-screen brackets.
Premium materials, premium finish
- Brackets: high-strength cast aluminum alloy with smooth matte black baked enamel coating — scratch and corrosion resistant, matches premium sim rig aesthetics
- Hex bolts: carbon steel with black zinc coating — no shiny silver bolt heads breaking up your build
- Spring T-nuts: carbon steel with nickel plating for long-term corrosion resistance
- Washers: carbon steel with black zinc coating

Which pack should you choose?
- 2-Pack ($9.99) — the convenience option. Perfect for replacing a missing bracket, mounting a small accessory, or topping up your spares drawer.
- 4-Pack ($14.99) — the sweet spot. Ideal for adding a monitor crossbar, reinforcing high-stress corners, or mounting a shifter post. Better per-set value than the 2-Pack.
- 8-Pack ($24.99) — the full-build option. Covers a typical sim racing cockpit frame (seat base, wheel deck, pedal plate, front uprights). Best per-set value — the right call if you're building from raw profile or doing a major upgrade.
Note: Hex wrench not included. Most builders already have a quality hex key set; if you don't, we recommend any standard 4mm hex/Allen key.
