OFFICIAL RULES

1. SPONSOR

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Apex Sim Racing LLC (“Sponsor”).

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Simucube, Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform on which it may be promoted.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to enter or win.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on [02/13/2026] at 9:00 a.m. ET and ends on [05/13/2026] at 9:00 a.m. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Entries submitted outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants may enter by:

  • Submitting their email address and mobile phone number through the official Sweepstakes entry form located at apexsimracing.com

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

Any attempt to enter more than once using multiple identities, email addresses, or devices may result in disqualification.

5. ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)

To enter without submitting marketing information online, you may send a handwritten 3x5 card including your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by [05/06/2026] and received within five (5) days thereafter.

Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person.

6. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

Simucube 2 Sport Wheelbase
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,109 USD

No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about [05/13/2026] from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be contacted via email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing.

The potential winner must:

  • Respond within three (3) days from announcement 05/13/2026 at 9:00am ET

  • Complete and return a W‑9 form

  • Provide any required verification documents

If the potential winner fails to respond, refuses to complete required tax documentation, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

9. TAXES

The prize value exceeds $600. The winner will be required to complete and return a Form W‑9 prior to receiving the prize.

Sponsor will issue a Form 1099‑MISC to the winner for the actual retail value of the prize as required by law.

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt and use of the prize.

Sponsor will not withhold or pay any taxes on behalf of the winner.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to:

  • Be bound by these Official Rules

  • Accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

11. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

12. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, and state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

14. WINNER LIST
