Experience the power of our Moza Racing R12 Wheel Base, featuring a 12Nm servo direct drive system tailored for simulating race cars. Crafted with precision and innovation, our wheel base delivers stable and realistic torque output, replicating the steering force found in road and race cars for a detailed and immersive driving experience.

Key Features:

Direct Drive Servo Motor

Slanted-pole Design: The R12 motor utilizes a unique slanted-pole design, intelligently segmented into three sections with precisely calculated angles. This revolutionary design reduces cogging torque, torque ripple, electromagnetic vibration, and noise levels, ensuring seamless and quiet operation.

Maximum & Minimum Design Philosophy

The R12 DD base is designed with a high-slot fill rate, utilizing high-permeability magnetic cores and high-strength neodymium iron boron magnets to achieve high energy and low current density characteristics. Compact yet powerful, it delivers maximum torque output and temperature control performance.

Ultra-low Torque Ripple

The motor features an 18-slot, 16-pole high-slot design, resulting in ultra-low torque ripple and exceptional shock absorption performance, providing a smooth and seamless steering experience.

Wide High-Torque Speed Range

With a low back-electromotive force design, the R12 DD base offers a broad speed range even during high-torque operation, and ensures consistent steering performance at all speeds

Ultra-low FFB Latency & Steering Response

Our system boasts ultra-low force feedback latency and steering response, thanks to a 280MHz processor chip and optimized algorithms, providing precise control and immersion.

New Generation FFB Filtering Algorithm

Powered by Moza's latest force feedback filtering algorithm, the R12 DD base delivers enhanced dynamic feedback, rendering oversteer and understeer with greater clarity and richness.

Aviation-grade Aluminum Construction

Constructed from aviation-grade aluminum alloy, the R12 base offers unrivaled quality and durability, ensuring a long-lasting and extremely durable finish.

Intelligent Temperature Control System

Our advanced system continuously monitors the temperature of the motor and electronic components, employing intelligent temperature control strategies for stable and reliable performance.

Industrial Conductive Slip Ring

The base and steering wheel are connected through a military-grade conductive slip ring with a lifespan of over 5 million revolutions, offering high stability and durability while achieving infinite high-speed rotation.

Compact Design

The integrated motor design results in a compact size with a standard 4-hole bottom mount pattern, suitable for most dedicated rigs and floorstands.
