Shipping Policy / Store Pickup Policy

At Apex Sim Racing, we aim to provide reliable and efficient shipping services to ensure a smooth delivery of your order. Please review our shipping policy below:

  1. Shipping Methods: We offer shipping through UPS, DHL, USPS & International Simple Export* [See Details Below]. During the checkout process, customers have the option to select their preferred shipping company. However, we reserve the right to choose the shipping method if it guarantees delivery within the same timeframe.

  2. Shipping Timeframe: We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. The estimated shipping timeframe will depend on various factors, including the destination and the availability of the item(s) ordered. Please note that all shipping timeframes provided are estimates and not guaranteed.

  3. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. This will allow you to track the progress of your package and estimate its delivery date.

  4. Shipping Costs: The shipping cost for your order will be calculated based on factors such as the weight of the package, the destination, and the selected shipping method. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your order.

  5. Shipping Restrictions: Please be aware that certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions or regulations imposed by the shipping company or the destination country. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any ordered items comply with these restrictions. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you as soon as possible.

  6. International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may be applicable and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information on potential fees.

  7. Address Accuracy: It is crucial to provide accurate and complete shipping information, including the recipient's name, delivery address, and contact information. Apex Sim Racing will not be held responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

  8. Delivered but Not Received Packages: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Apex Sim Racing is no longer responsible for the package. This includes instances of loss, theft, or misplacement after delivery.
    To help protect your order, we offer optional shipping protection at checkout that covers issues such as theft or packages not received despite being marked as delivered. If this protection is not selected, any loss occurring after delivery will be the responsibility of the recipient.  

  9. Free Shipping Promotions: Please note that some oversized or heavy items are excluded from free shipping during promotional periods due to their size, weight, or special handling requirements.

    Common exclusions include seats, rigs, chassis, and other large items.

    Free shipping is only available during specific promotional offers and is not part of our standard shipping policy.

  10. Holiday Order Processing Delays: Please be advised that during peak holiday periods, including Black Friday and Cyber Monday, order processing may take longer than usual due to increased volume. Orders may require 3–5 business days to process before shipment, especially those placed during / after weekends. Note: Apex Sim Racing does not process or ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays
  11. Shipping Modifications: Apex Sim Racing reserves the right to modify or update this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Store Pickup Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time before pickup. We’ll hold your items at our store for 5 days. If your order isn’t picked up within that time, it will be automatically canceled and refunded to your original payment method, minus a 5% cancellation fee. This fee covers the costs associated with processing your payment and preparing your order for pickup.

Need more time? We’re happy to offer an extended pickup window—just reach out to us in advance to make arrangements.

International Simple Export Rate

Simple Export Shipping: 2–4 week delivery (not all items qualify).

  • Package must be under 4 lbs.

  • Includes free door-to-door tracking to 55 countries (see list below).

  • For other countries, tracking stops at the border.

You can use Simple Export Rate to ship to any country on earth, but not all countries support full tracking. If the country you're shipping to doesn't support door-to-door tracking, updates will stop once the package is handed to the foreign postal service. That said, 90% of our international shipments go to supported countries.

Note: Simple Export Rate does not guarantee full tracking in Mexico. Whether full tracking is available depends on the label assigned once Asendia hands off the package to Correos de México.

Due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, Russia is not accepting packages until further notice.

We do not ship products to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, due to the size of our boxes.

Customs, duties,and taxes

Apex Sim Racing / Extreme Sim Racing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Extreme Sim Racing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

NZXT Shipping Policy

Standard ground shipping


We also offer Express and Overnight shipping Service. We currently only offer international shipping to Canada. NZXT ships out of Southern California. To estimate your receive date use the estimated ship date listed on the product page and add the time in transit based on your location and chosen shipping service level.

*Orders placed after 3pm Friday through Sunday will be processed the next business day. See our holiday schedule below.

Shipping/Delivery Pricing

The cost for shipping is based on a flat fee depending on the products you purchase, the shipping service level you select, and, your location. Please add item(s) to your shopping cart to review the latest pricing before checking out.

Do we ship internationally?

We currently only ship internationally to Canada.

How do we ship?

NZXT partnered with FedEx to provide you with exceptional delivery service. We require a signature from an adults 21+ for every delivery. Help is always available via NZXT’s support team at 1-800-228-9395 or by submitting a request.

NZXT does not offer shipping to PO boxes unless it is for military APO Boxes.

Additional information

NZXT reserves the right to hold any order for a quality or security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.

Standard ground shipping excludes parts, components, upgrades and other services unless otherwise specified. Shipping surcharges on over-sized items may apply – these charges will be indicated in the appropriate product information pages and will be displayed in the shipping subtotal of your order if applicable.

We charge a shipping tax for California and Washington. For Canada shipping fees, NZXT does not cover for importation fees nor it is liable for such fees.

NZXT Components & Gaming Gear Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 11:00AM PST will ship within 2 business days. If we have any issues with your order, we will notify you by email and/or phone in order to clear the issue and ship the order as quickly as possible. In the event we are unable to contact you regarding your order, we will hold your order until we hear from you or up to 3 business days. If we do not receive a response, we will cancel your order.

If you need to cancel an order or make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests need to be made within 2 hours of order placement. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee your requests.

Preorders

If you ordered a item on preorder, it will be shipped as soon as we receive the preorder item(s).

If you have ordered a item on preorder as well as other items, we will hold your order until the preorder item arrives then ship the entire order together. However, if you would like to have the available items in stock to ship first, please contact our Customer Service team. We will ship the items in stock prior to the preorder item.
