1. Eligibility:
- The Apex Sim Racing PCW Racing Display Giveaway Contest is open to all individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Employees of Apex Sim Racing and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the contest.
2. Entry:
- To enter the contest, participants must sign up using a valid email address through the designated entry form on the Apex Sim Racing website (www.apexsimracing.com).
- Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
- Participants must provide accurate and complete information during the entry process.
3. Prize:
- The prize for this contest is a PCW Racing Display.
- One unit of the PCW Racing Display will be given away for every 500 signups received during the contest period.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
4. Contest Period:
- The contest begins on 7/6/23 at 4pm EST and ends on 7/6/24 at 3:59:00PM EST.
- All entries must be received within the contest period to be eligible.
5. Winner Selection:
- The winners will be selected through a random drawing.
- For every 500 signups received, one winner will be randomly chosen.
- The drawing will take place within 10 Days after 500 Signups have been recieved.
- Winners will be notified via email provided during the entry process.
- If a winner does not respond within 3 Days after being notified, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Verification:
- All potential winners are subject to verification by Apex Sim Racing.
- The winners may be required to provide additional information to confirm eligibility and compliance with the contest rules.
7. Shipping:
- Apex Sim Racing will cover the shipping costs for the PCW Racing Display to the winners.
- In the event that an international winner is selected, the winner will be responsible for any applicable VAT or customs duties associated with the shipment.
