1. Eligibility

The Apex Sim Racing “Spin to Win” Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
This Promotion is only available to new users who are not currently subscribed to Apex Sim Racing’s email or SMS marketing lists.
Void where prohibited. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Apex Sim Racing LLC are not eligible.

The Promotion begins on July 31, 2025, and continues until ended by the Sponsor at its sole discretion.

Limit one entry per person.
Only new subscribers are eligible. No purchase is necessary.

5. Prizes & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Prizes are awarded at random through the digital spin wheel. Participants may win one (1) of the following:

$5 off first purchase (ARV: $5)
$10 off first purchase (ARV: $10)
$15 off first purchase (ARV: $15)
Free gift (ARV: up to $40)
- Gift is selected by Apex Sim Racing
- Customer is responsible for shipping cost
- Shipped by mail

Discount codes are delivered digitally via email or SMS.
Free gift items are physically shipped after the customer pays for shipping.
Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Odds of winning depend on system configuration.

All discount codes are valid only for first-time purchases at www.apexsimracing.com
Discount codes and free gift claims must be redeemed within 7 days of issuance
Free gift shipping fees must be paid at the time of redemption
Prizes may not be combined with other discounts or promotions
Limit one prize per person

Consent to receive these communications is required in order to receive your prize.

10. Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Union County, NJ.
