Apex Sim Racing Gift Card Giveaway Contest Rules

1. Eligibility:

  • The Apex Sim Racing Gift Card Giveaway Contest is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees of Apex Sim Racing and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry:

  • To enter, participants must sign up using a valid email address via the designated entry form on the Apex Sim Racing website (www.apexsimracing.com).
  • Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
  • Participants must provide accurate and complete information during the entry process.

3. Prizes:

  • Primary Drawing: One winner will receive a $500 Apex Sim Racing Gift Card.
  • Secondary Drawing: Participants who do not win the $500 Gift Card will be automatically entered into a drawing for a $250 Apex Sim Racing Gift Card. This drawing will occur after 500 email signups are reached.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

4. Contest Period:

  • The contest begins on December 12, 2024, and ends on December 12, 2025.
  • All entries must be received within this period to be eligible.

5. Winner Selection:

  • Winners will be chosen through random drawings:
    • Primary Drawing: One winner will be randomly selected for the $500 Gift Card.
    • Secondary Drawing: One winner will be randomly selected for the $250 Gift Card after 500 email signups are reached.
  • Drawings will occur within 30 days of reaching the required 500 signups.
  • Winners will be notified via the email provided during the entry process.
  • If a winner does not respond within 3 days of notification, an alternate winner will be selected.

6. Verification:

  • All potential winners are subject to verification by Apex Sim Racing.
  • Winners may be required to provide additional information to confirm eligibility and compliance with contest rules.

7. Use of Prizes:

  • Gift cards can only be used on the Apex Sim Racing website (www.apexsimracing.com).
  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

8. Publicity:

  • By participating, winners agree to allow Apex Sim Racing to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation or notification.

9. Privacy:

  • Participants' personal information collected during the entry process will be used solely for contest administration, winner communication, and marketing communications from Apex Sim Racing.
  • Apex Sim Racing will manage personal information per its privacy policy.

10. General Conditions:

  • Apex Sim Racing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest without prior notice.
  • The contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
  • By entering, participants agree to abide by these rules and Apex Sim Racing's decisions, which are final and binding.
